1 large Fuji or Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
8 ounces strawberries, stemmed and thinly sliced
3 small plums, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons dried sweetened cherries or other dried fruit
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons fat-free or light raspberry vinaigrette
