Ingredients: 1 1/2 ounces gin; 1 1/2 ounces Ginger-Infused Simple Syrup (see below.); 1 1/2 ounces freshly squeezed lime juice; 4 dashes orange bitters, such as Fee's or Regan's; 4 ounces (1/2 cup) club soda; Spiral of a lime peel; 1 1/2 cups sugar; 8 ounces (1 cup) water; 3 3-inch pieces of fresh ginger, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks (approximately 3/4 cup)
