Lime Whipped Cream

    Makes 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 1/2 tablespoons confectioners' sugar
Grated zest of 2 limes (1 packed tablespoon)

Preparation

  1. By hand or with an electric mixer, whisk together the cream, confectioners' sugar, and lime zest in a bowl until light and fluffy. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
